The Engrate Platform, together with any related products, (collectively, the “Platform”) are owned and operated by Engrate AB, a company organized under the laws of Sweden with registration number 559468-5942. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform or any of the Products on the Platform you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform or any of its Content (defined below).
You represent to Engrate that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g., you are not a minor). If you are entering into these Terms for an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and you agree that “you” as used in these Terms includes both you personally and the entity you represent. You and Engrate are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each is a “Party”.
These terms govern the early access to Engrate's Power Tariff Product which grants you free access to The Product until further notice (guaranteed minimum 30 days). Notification of the end of the Early Access Period will be communicated to your registered email address.
The Power Tariff Product “The Product” allows the Client to determine the current grid power tariffs for Swedish coordinates, addresses or grid metering areas. The Client can also request a machine-readable output of the price list data published by the grid operators and can query the Model Content Protocol (MCP) using a MCP client or agents of the Clients choice.
Early access customers recognize that The Product initially does not contain the full data-set or functionality and is subject to substantial changes.
During the early access period, the Provider may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: (i) modify, discontinue, or remove any features, functions, or technical components including but not limited to API endpoints, data models, domains, authentication methods, user accounts, and API keys; (ii) change technical specifications or system architecture; and (iii) reset or invalidate access credentials. The Client acknowledges that such changes may require modifications to their integration and that no functionality is guaranteed to remain available or backward compatible.
During the early access period, the Provider will collect feedback from the Client to ensure that The Product meets the most requested customer requirements.
You are allowed to store the model in relation to any calculation done by it but is otherwise strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, or extracting data from the platform or attempting to replicate or recreate Engrate's data, data models or integrations independently.
Both Parties can display the other Parties logotype and name as a Vendor / Platform customer on website, presentation material and other marketing channels.
Conversion to a paid monthly subscription requires your active approval. You will receive a notification email minimum 14 days before the end of the Early Access period.
Price of Power Tariff Product:
Up to 250 000 requests per month: 250 Euro Per month
From 250 001 requests per month: Price on request
These Terms do not govern the general use of the Platform and other Products operated by Engrate. If you are accessing or using the Platform - even if you are doing so through a free trial - then you are subject to Engrate's General Platform Terms or such other written contract as may be separately agreed between you and Engrate.
